The notes were offered pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Hypermarcas is one of the largest consumer goods companies and the leading health care consumer company funded with Brazilian capital. It has the largest and most diversified portfolio of consumer brands in Brazil, including a number of leading brands in the pharmaceutical, beauty and personal care and home care and food products segments.
